6. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or disruption caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, venue unavailability or strikes. In such circumstances, refunds will not be issued, but we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or provide an alternative.
7. Programme Changes
Speakers, exhibitors, times, floor plans and the venue may change. A speaker change or cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or discount. We will tell you about significant changes as soon as we can.
8. Behaviour
Sections 8 to 10 apply to everyone at the event, including exhibitor and sponsor staff. Be professional and respectful. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is disruptive, offensive or breaches these terms, without a refund. Only registered exhibitors and sponsors may sell, promote or hand out materials. Don't record sessions for commercial use without our written approval.
9. Health and Safety

Our name, logo, website and event content belong to us or to the speakers who created them. Don't copy, record or share any of it without our written consent.

We only share your details with exhibitors or sponsors if you agree, for example by having your badge scanned. If you buy tickets for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and sections 9, 12A, 13 and 14(1) of the Fair Trading Act 1986 don't apply, as far as those Acts allow. You agree this is fair and reasonable.
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit), and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your tickets.
Please raise any complaint about the event with us in writing within 14 days after it ends, so we can look into it.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms on this page fro time . The version in place when you buy your ticket applies to your purchase.
